What We Offer

Areas of Support

We are here to support you with empathy and care as you navigate life's specific challenges.

Work Anxiety & Burnout

When your to-do list never ends and rest feels like a luxury you can't afford.

When deadlines pile up and the anxiety follows you home, that is not drive — that is your nervous system in overdrive. I work with professionals experiencing panic before presentations, chronic worry about performance, and the kind of exhaustion that a good night's sleep doesn't fix. We identify the thought patterns keeping you in survival mode and build practical tools to interrupt them — so you can perform without being consumed by it.

Low Mood & Emotional Exhaustion

Functioning on the outside, feeling hollow on the inside.

This is for the person who is still showing up to meetings and answering messages — but feeling quietly empty inside. You may not look depressed to others, which makes it lonelier. We explore what is driving the low mood at its root, not just manage the surface symptoms. Many clients notice a meaningful shift within the first few sessions.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma doesn't always look dramatic — and it doesn't have to define you.

It can be the manager who humiliated you in front of a room, a childhood you never fully processed, or a relationship that left invisible marks. Trauma changes how the brain responds to stress — and it shows up in ways people rarely connect to a past event. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based methods (including CBT and DBT) to help you process what happened and reclaim a sense of safety in your own body and life.

Relationship & Communication

Patterns you keep repeating — in love, at work, and with family.

Whether it is a marriage under strain, a difficult parent, or a workplace dynamic that is costing you sleep — this work is about understanding your patterns in relationships and learning to communicate from clarity rather than reactivity. I work with individuals and couples. Many clients come alone first; that is completely normal and often a great place to start.

Career Changes & Life Crossroads

The life you've achieved — but that somehow doesn't feel like yours.

The promotion that left you feeling empty. The career you built for someone else's approval. The ambition you're not sure is still yours. I work with professionals navigating identity, transitions, and the anxiety of choosing a different path — even when it means risking what you've spent years building. This is some of the most meaningful work I do.

Self-Esteem & Confidence

High performance on the outside — but a relentless inner critic.

Beneath many high achievers is a voice that says it is still not enough. This work is for the over-achiever who cannot stop, the people-pleaser who has lost themselves, and anyone who wants to build a relationship with themselves that is kinder, more honest, and no longer dependent on external validation. You already know how to succeed. This is about learning to feel it.

About the Therapist

Meet Saniya Gupta

I have been a practising psychologist for 16 years. In that time, I have worked with hundreds of individuals — most of them high-functioning professionals who came to me not because they were falling apart, but because they were tired of carrying so much alone.

I hold an M.Phil. in Clinical Research and am registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic methods — which simply means I adapt to what works for you, not the other way around.

I work in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. All sessions are online, which means you can speak to me from wherever you are — your home, your car, or a quiet corner of your office.

Jai Utsav — Sanskrit for the celebration of life — is the philosophy behind our practice. We believe that even in the midst of burnout and anxiety, you can find your way back to a life that feels joyful and authentic.

Trauma-Informed Care

A safety-first framework that acknowledges the impact of past experiences while empowering you to reclaim your life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your first session.

It is completely normal to feel unsure. Therapy is right for anyone looking to understand themselves better, break unhelpful patterns, or simply find a safe space to process their emotions. Our free 15-minute introductory call is the perfect way to see if my approach feels right for you, with no pressure to commit.

The 15-minute call is a relaxed, confidential conversation. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and how I work. It is an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if we are a good fit before booking a full session.

Yes. Extensive research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for anxiety, depression, burnout, and trauma. It also offers the added benefit of allowing you to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office, saving you commuting time.

Absolutely. As an RCI Registered Psychologist, I adhere to strict ethical guidelines regarding confidentiality. What we discuss remains strictly between us, except in rare legal circumstances where there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others.

This varies from person to person. Some clients find clarity and relief in just a few sessions, while others choose to engage in longer-term work to unpack deeper trauma or lifelong patterns. We will regularly review our progress together to ensure the pace and duration feel right for you.

A clinical psychologist (like myself) provides psychotherapy and counseling, focusing on thought patterns, emotional regulation, and behavioral changes. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who diagnoses mental health conditions and can prescribe medication. We often work together to support a client's overall wellbeing.

No, as a psychologist, I do not prescribe medication. If during our work together it appears that medication might be a helpful supportive tool, I can refer you to a trusted psychiatrist for a medical evaluation.

Yes, absolutely. I offer therapy in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Many clients find it profoundly comforting and effective to express complex emotions in their mother tongue. You are welcome to switch between languages during our sessions as you feel comfortable.

A safe space starts with a simple hello.

We'd love to meet you. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to ask questions, share your needs, and see if our approach feels right for you.
